Shipping policy

Your order will be shipped via second class service with Royal Mail. This generally takes 3-5 working days to arrive after shipping.

If your item does not arrive within this time frame, we ask that you wait 10 working days from expected delivery time before claiming your item is lost. We will then either refund or replace your item once we confirm that your order has not arrived with relevant tracking. 

you can upgrade your shipping from free to a small cost if your order is needed quicker. You can find this under “extras”

If you decide to return your item because you have changed your mind, or for a reason that is not the fault of the seller, you will be liable for return postage costs. 

If your item is defective, the seller is liable for return postage costs. 

Returns must be sent tracked.
