We specialise in using 925 Sterling Silver. All of our chains and earrings are 100% made of sterling silver including the handmade wire charms. Most of the charms we use are sterling silver too, the rest are made with antique silver. It is clearly stated in each listing what everything is made of.

No, we offer free second class signed for postage. You can upgrade your shipping if you need your jewellery urgently. There is a cost for this and you can find the upgrade under extras.

Of course. Each listing has a drop down menu where you can choose your Crystal. There is a crystal description page under “our jewellery”.

You can choose the length of chain that would suit you and your jewellery. You can choose between 6 inch, 18 inch (standard length for a necklace) or 20 inch. You can also purchase a 1 inch chain extender for £2 on any necklace. These choices can be made when adding your necklace to the cart.

absolutely! Packing orders is one of our favourite things to do as we try to make it so opening is an experience. We gift wrap all orders and box and ship them in the prettiest packaging we can. So yes we can send them to you or straight to the gift recipient, whatever you would like

Add all the jewellery and accessories you would like into your cart. Then at checkout there is a section to add a gift voucher or discount code. You can only use 1 code per order. This will then knock off our discount. You can then process with the purchase. Thank you!

as soon as you have completed checkout, we will get a notification about your order and we will get on with it as soon as we can, either that day or the next. We try to get every order posted between 1-3 days after you have ordered.
we ship using Royal Mail 2nd class so you can expect your parcel within a week. If you need it earlier than that we can do same day dispatch and 24 hour postage (this will cost more, you can find this under extras.

Yes they are. We source them from a reputable crystal small business. We use the highest grade crystals we can get our hands on. Most are natural crystals but some have been man altered to bring out the colours. You can see more information under crystals, our jewellery

Honestly we don’t know when it will be ready exactly as we handmade all our jewellery. We try to keep on top of stock but it can sometimes get too much. Feel free to contact us amd we will make sure we make anything you would like. You can also sign up to our email list for notifications when items are available
